Terms of Service

By creating an account or using our websites and apps you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

1. The service

NextGen AI Developers provides software, including NextGen VideoBot, which generates videos from a topic you provide (AI-written script, AI voice, royalty-free footage, subtitles) and uploads them to the YouTube channel you connect. Features and plan limits (for example the number of videos per week on the free plan) may change, and we may modify or discontinue parts of the service.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One person may hold one account. Creating multiple accounts to bypass plan limits, or linking a YouTube channel you do not control, is not allowed and may lead to suspension.
• You must be old enough to hold a YouTube channel in your country.

3. Your content and your channel

• You choose the topics. You are the publisher of the videos on your channel and are responsible for them, including compliance with the YouTube Terms of Service and YouTube's community and monetisation policies.
• AI-generated scripts can contain mistakes. Review your videos; we do not guarantee accuracy, views, revenue or monetisation.
• Do not use the service to create content that is illegal, hateful, misleading, sexual, harmful to minors, or that infringes others' rights.
• Stock footage and music are used under their providers' free licences; you must not remove attribution the app adds in video descriptions.

4. YouTube access

Connecting your channel authorises us only to upload the videos you request and to read your channel name. You can disconnect at any time in the app or at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Our handling of Google data is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Plans and payment

The free plan is provided as-is and may be limited or withdrawn. Paid plans are billed as agreed with us (typically monthly, in PKR, via bank transfer or mobile wallet) and are non-refundable once the period has started, except where the service did not work at all and we could not fix it.

6. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to overload, reverse-engineer, scrape or interfere with the service, or use it to spam platforms. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, NextGen AI Developers is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost revenue, channel actions taken by YouTube, or content you publish. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

8. Changes, law and contact
