Privacy Policy

NextGen AI Developers ("we", "us") is a software business based in Karachi, Pakistan. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our websites and apps, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

• Account details you give us: username, name, WhatsApp number and a password (stored only as a salted hash).
• Content you create in our apps: for example the video topics, language and schedule you set in NextGen VideoBot, and the titles and links of videos the app produced for you.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and timestamps of sign-ups and requests, used for security, abuse prevention and fixing errors.

2. Google account and YouTube data

NextGen VideoBot lets you connect your YouTube channel with Google Sign-In (OAuth). When you do, we request only these permissions:

• Manage your YouTube videos (youtube.upload) — used solely to upload the videos you ask the app to create to your own channel.
• View your YouTube account (youtube.readonly) — used solely to read your channel's name and ID so we can show which channel is connected and prevent one channel being linked to several accounts.

We store the OAuth refresh token Google issues, your channel name and channel ID. We do not read your existing videos, comments, subscribers, analytics or any other YouTube data, and we never post, edit or delete anything on your channel except uploading the videos you explicitly requested through the app.

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising, and do not allow humans to read it except with your consent, for security purposes, or as required by law.

Because the app uses YouTube API Services, the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy also apply. You can revoke our access at any time from the app ("YouTube Channel → Disconnect") or from your Google account security settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access deletes the stored token from our systems.

3. How we use information

• To provide the service you signed up for (creating and uploading videos, running your schedule, showing your history).
• To keep the service safe: preventing duplicate or fraudulent accounts and enforcing plan limits.
• To contact you on WhatsApp about your account or plan when you ask us to, or when something needs your attention.

We do not sell personal information and we do not show third-party advertising.

4. Third-party services

To create videos, the app sends the topic you enter (never your personal details) to AI providers for script and voice generation, and fetches royalty-free stock footage from providers such as Pexels and Pixabay. Our data is hosted on Supabase (database) and Cloudflare (website); the video-rendering worker runs on our own equipment. These providers process data only on our behalf.

5. Data retention and deletion

We keep your account data while your account is active. You may delete your account, disconnect YouTube, or ask us to erase your data at any time by messaging 0312-2546562 on WhatsApp; we complete deletion within 7 days. Rendered video files are removed from our worker shortly after upload.

6. Security

Passwords are stored as salted hashes, secrets are kept in encrypted environment storage, and all traffic uses HTTPS. No method is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

7. Children

Our services are not directed at children under 13 (or the age required in your country to hold a YouTube channel), and we do not knowingly collect their data.
